All instructors in our association hold approved yoga instructor licenses to ensure the quality of their teaching.
Our courses are taught in small classes to ensure that instructors can provide high-quality teaching to each student.
There will be no classes on public holidays/special days, and will be notified separately online (facebook/Whatsapp/WeChat)
All classes require prepayment. Once the tuition is verified, the place will be reserved. Tuition fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Things students need to pay attention to:

1. Students should wear sportswear (comfortable clothes) when attending class.

2. It is not advisable to go to church too full or too hungry.

3. New/old students must WhatsApp 68509564 before paying tuition

4. If the instructor changes in any course, the company reserves the right to change the instructor without notifying the students in advance.

5. If all severe weather reports (Typhoon No. 8/Black Rainstorm Warning Signal) are canceled two hours before classes start, all classes will continue as usual

6. If students have any injuries/old illnesses/diseases, they must inform the class instructor in advance

7. All yoga students who suffer from high blood pressure, hypotension, heart disease, neck injury, pregnancy, osteoporosis, disc herniation and other symptoms, or children with symptoms such as lack of attention, ADHD, SEN and other symptoms, must consult a doctor. You can attend class only under appropriate circumstances.

8. The paid class fee will not be refunded or transferred if the student needs to withdraw midway. There is no make-up class for group classes. Private customized courses can be negotiated with the instructor, but please note that the make-up class must be completed within the time limit.

9. Yoga is a personal practice and everyone’s physical condition and abilities vary. The instructor's guidance and advice is designed to help participants practice within their own comfort zone. We are not responsible if a participant chooses to perform a move or position beyond their capabilities and is injured as a result. After practicing yoga, it is inevitable that you will experience muscle and fascia soreness, which is within the normal range. Please ensure reasonable rest, diet and sleep.
